3. Technology Used To Collect Non-Personal Information

To collect the above non-personal information Developer can use cookies and other technologies, as described below.

Cookies are small files applied to your Internet browser to track movements within websites, track your viewed pages, and save your website settings. Clear GIFs (so-called beacons or counters) are small graphic images placed on a web page, being of a size of 1-by-1 pixel), designed to capture statistical usage information for loaded web pages, and for statistical analysis of user experiences on our web pages.

Developer also may maintain log files which contain IP addresses. An IP address is a unique numeric address that may be assigned to your computer by your Internet Service Provider. 4. Sharing Your Information With Third Parties

Developer will not disclose your personal information, and not share your personally identifiable information with third parties without your consent, except as specified in this document. By using Developer Services and/or Developer website, or downloading any mobile Developer application through third party services such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or other third party services, you give Developer the right to access and/or collect certain information from your third party service profile/account (such as Facebook account) or through any cookies applied to your device by the third party service, as permitted by the terms of the third party service agreement and your privacy settings. Developer will share this information with third party service for its use, as permitted by the terms of the third party service agreement and your privacy settings.

Developer may share some non-personal information it obtains from you when you install a mobile application to vendors and other service providers who are involved by Developer in providing you Developer Services. This information is shared in generic and non-personal form so that in any case does not identify you personally.

Developer may, without your consent, disclose your personal information in accordance with applicable law, upon reasonable request of the government, courts or law enforcement agencies, or to exercise, enforce or protect legitimate rights and interests of the Developer. Developer does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
